Nicole's greatest strengths are her communication and her ability to balance looking after both parties – the buyer and the seller in an honest and direct way. There were phone calls and emails at the times required, and she never made herself unavailable. I really appreciated her honesty. She's the rare real estate agent who connects your house with potential new owners, with its story, all houses have one, so that there would be no surprises for the buyers. Nicole is a very calming presence in what is a stressful process ie. selling the family home. She is very transparent in her approach and was always available to see me in my own home in times that suited me. Being a single mother it was very convenient for me not to have to attend to the arrangements by attending a real estate office. Nicole assisted with handymen, cleaning and provided her own styling accessories such as towels and cushions. She gave me advice on how best to present the house for maximum effect.
